Hubbard Photography enjoys capturing the memories of your events. Our goal when photographing events is to put ourselves in your shoes and capture the memories, images and emotions you’ll cherish for years to come. We make our pricing simple, and treat all events as equally important.
All event shoots include the following:
- 2 Photographers
- All images processed and edited*
- DVD of web-ready images with release
- Online Gallery (for viewing and ordering of prints)
- Unlimited shots taken
*Processing and editing includes basic blemish removal, brightness and color optimization, and color processing such as black and white and sepia.

Our event rate includes wedding coverage, the ceremony and the reception as well as travel between locations if the ceremony and reception are held in different locations.

Our event coverage includes company picnics, seminars, sporting events, holiday parties, benefits, proms and more.
Event Photo Booth
Give your guests the give of professional portraiture.
We set up our mobile studio, complete with props and backdrops.
You provide your guests with tickets each good for a CD and up to 5 portraits. Your guests experience a fun professional portrait session and go home at the end of the event with their professionally shot portraits on a CD we create on location, with the ability to print them at home or at the photo lab of their choice.
Add to any event block of 2 hours or greater.
Base price $175 (includes your first 50 cd’s)
Additional portrait tickets only $1 each (sold in blocks of 25)
Professional Portraits
Includes a DVD of both processed print and web ready images, with commercial release, suitable for use on your web site and in print publications. Includes 1 hour creative session, and professional make up.

Family Portraits
Our family portrait sessions are done in a relaxed, unrushed fashion. Unlike the chain mall studios, you get our full attention during our creative sessions, to ensure that your portraits are something you will cherish for years to come. We book in hour blocks, not 5 minute segments. This allows us to take the time to work with you, or take the extra couple of shots needed to achieve the best possible images. We also know you’ll want to share your pictures with friends and family.
So that you can show them at their best, we include with all paid sessions a complimentary CD of web-ready images optimized for posting to your Facebook page, or sending by email.
We offer both in studio and in home sessions (some restrictions apply)
